From the beginning the closing was easy.. Being busy with my own work obligations, Bob handled a lot of things I would have otherwise had to.. Bob and his partner both were very motivated and got everything done quickly.. I would use them again for buying or selling..!

Cheryl Pecoraro was a Godsend to me! My father had passed away in September, and we had put my mother in nursing home care back in June due to her advanced dementia. So, I had to sell their Florida home from afar (I live in North Carolina) and needed to do it by the end of the year (2020). Cheryl became my EVERYTHING! She handled SO much -- from spearheading the necessary renovations and repairs to being there whenever there was a Lowe's or Home Depot delivery to doing all of the things a Realtor would normally do (open houses, clever marketing, securing a buyer). And she talked me down from more than a few ledges when the process seemed overwhelming. When the time comes one day to sell my home here in Raleigh-Durham, a part of me will be sad that it won't be with Cheryl at my side. God bless her and her work.
