I have bought and sold many, many homes in my life but the experience recently with Kim was fantastic. The whole experience was fun and totally professional. She knows the area, the market and not just did she find me a home, she went the extra mile to show me where the facilities and amenities were located in the neighborhood. She did not have to do that but she did and I appreciate that. In addition, the Seller evidently left the home in a not so clean state so, unbeknown to me me at the time, Kim got stuck in and cleaned and moped floors so that it was "move in ready". No other realtor in the world would do that. Thank you Kim. Your kindness is greatly appreciated and I would recommend Kim to any potential buyer. You're a star.

Moving into this experience I was was very apprehensive. Kim made my home buying adventure carefree. She has tons of knowledge and was willing to jump in and assist me with items I'm pretty sure weren't her responsibility. How I managed to choose her over all other realtors was a blessing. I can't express to her how much I appreciate her help and enthusiasm with getting this done with me. Putting it mildly ,without her I wouldn't be placing a review. It got tough near the end but she kept me focused through those frustrations. For anyone seeking a realtor in the near future don't sell yourself short and settle for someone else.
