We first met Kevin over the phone after visiting Heritage Ranch on a vacation from CA. He was so knowledgeable about the community and gave us a good understanding of what the market was at that time. Kevin kept us up to date on the sales activity in Heritage Ranch through a website and with personal follow-up calls.
