Michael is absolutely the hardest working person I know in the real estate business. I've used him for many transactions over the past 20+ years. I wouldn't think of calling anyone except for him and his great team. Thanks for all you do Michael. You're the best.

Love this team! Super easy to contact and schedule showings with! Never pressured to make or accept on offer. When selling they made a cute little video of our house and staged it using what we already had.

9 years ago we wanted to sell or rent our house. At first we gave it to an agent from Keller Williams for three months. That three months was big mess for us. No update or no news from agent. After many frustrated conversations, we found a flyer at our Doorstep. I Think it was a wonderful Miracle for us. Yes Dee and Jim Hays are wonderful Real Estate Agents to work with. They brought two wonderful tenants for our house and both kept the house like a brand new home. Moreover when we told about 3 months ago that, we want to sell the house. Believe it or not, they brought the Buyer in 9 days, contract signed 11th day. My wife and I cannot imagine anyone can do the job like Hays did to us. We just don't find a better word in dictionary to describe our satisfactions. We highly recommend Hays.

I can't say enough about Susan. We just closed on our first home, and I just can't imagine going through this process without someone like Susan by your side. She knows all the ins and outs, and her insights saved us from any number of costly rookie mistakes. Her responses are immediate, her advice is sound, and she's incredibly kind and patient as well. If you're in the market, do yourself a favor, give Susan a call.

When our house failed to sell after being listed with another realtor, we retained Dee. From the beginning, we found her responsive, knowledgeable and energetic. She pointed out flaws in the prior realtor's approach and suggested additional ways to make our house more marketable. She gave us honest, realistic feedback. We are happy to recommend her.

Donna is a fantastic Realestate Agent She is always prompt, prepared, knowledgeable, and dedicated to what is best for her customers. Donna gave us great guidance from listing, through showings and sale, and then contracts and closing. Whenever a surprise came up, she kept a cool head and always had the right ideas and direction to solve any issues. We could not have wanted or found a better agent. We could not have sold our house at this time without Donna. She keep this same professional and dedicated approach to helping us buy our next home. Donna is the BEST. We would recommend he to everybody. Wayne and Margaret Lowry
