Amy and Robert are super friendly. They work as a team and know each other’s strengths and work with them to give their clients the best service. Their attention to detail and quick responses to all questions made the process flow smoothly. Everything about the marketing is amazing. From cleaning to staging to gorgeous pictures in the MLS Their knowledge of the art of negotiation, writing offers and counter offers and all the tedious paperwork helped us to mentally process all the legal jargon and next steps to take. Amy and Robert also helped us locate and purchase a new to us home. Robert took time to help us problem solve issues with the inspection of the home we purchased. He got his hands dirty and actually came and helped us with some of the repairs. They were in some way always available. If not both of them, one or the other. They worked very closely with us and took time to get to know us. Amy and Robert started out being hired realty agents and ended up more than just that. They became friends.

We loved how Terry responded so quickly to text messages and emails. We also loved how he really listened to what we wanted in a house. He would walk around the houses and help us see possible flaws that would need to be fixed. It definitely helped us see how much work would go into a house and if our budget would work.
