I have never sold a house on my own. My husband just had passed, and I needed to down size. She took me under her wing and assured me she would handle any bumps along the way. She did just that. She was patient and explained every step we were taking and why. She was always encouraging and very knowledgeable. She was always near when there was a showing (even if it was not her own). We talked every evening and she told me about each client, what they liked and didn’t. She help me with a the paperwork and any bank dealing I need advice on. I will always send my friends and family to her for any sale or purchase of a home or condo. She is the number one agent in this area.

David was extremely professional, knowledgeable, patient and kind throughout the entire process. He took to the time to explain every step along the way, and made sure that I was well informed of every decision that needed to be made. David also suggested an inspector who was amazing and very thorough with his findings/report. It doesn't stop there.. he also put me in touch with his mortgage broker Lisa who is awesome, and an insurance broker who made my home owners/vehicle insurance purchase seamless. The entire experience was a "one stop shop", which made it even better! I've already referred David to others, and would definely work with him again in the future.
