•In our initial discussions she (1) informed us about prices and comparable in our neighborhood, (2) discussed changing market conditions, (3) made an initial recommendation about pricing our home, (4) made recommendations for presentation changes to increase the probability that our home would sell, (5) and described her fees and legal obligations. Once we engaged her services, she did a final review of how to present our home, then created very professional advertising to show our property at its best advantage. Later, as the market was rapidly changing and the home had been visited a number of times with no offers, she recommended repricing the property which resulted shortly with an offer and subsequent negotiations. After offer acceptance, she maintained professional interactions with both parties and resolved issues to ensure a successful closing. We recommend her without reservations
