From first time buyers, first time sellers, estate sales, divorce situations, simultaneous sell a home/buy another home at the same time, bank foreclosures, short sales and about any other situation you can imagine - I've helped clients successfully navigate the process to achieve their goals. With my sellers it's all about professional marketing - exposure far and wide to capture as many prospective buyers as possible. This is done through the MLS and social media with targeted ads. The goal is always to sell for the most money in the least time while making the process smooth and easy. With my buyers it's all about making sure we find them the right home, in the right location at the right price on their terms and time frame. I was Born and raised in Southern Indiana, in a small town where everyone seems to know everyone.. Early on, I discovered a fascination for the art of real estate, a passion that led me to pursue a career in the field. In 2020, I obtained my real estate license and since then, it’s never felt like I was actually working. In 2023 I welcomed my little girl who happens to be the happiest person I think I’ve ever met. My favorite drink in the entire world is any type of iced coffee and chances are I always have one in hand. I truly love meeting clients at the local coffee shops to chat about how the home buying process works and answer any questions. I’m an animal lover and have a Bengal cat named Crowley. Perhaps the most unexpected thing about me is that some of my favorite animals are alligators and I’ve been lucky enough to get to be around them a lot the last few years of my life. I’ve grown to love all types of music but my favorite artist is by far Taylor Swift. I’ve been lucky enough to see Taylor in concert three different times and even attend the Eras Tour. I love meeting new people and building relationships. I am super thankful each day that real estate allows me to do that.

A little bit about me! I grew up in Floyds Knobs, IN and from the age of 3 until my senior year of high school I played softball competitively both for my school and on a travel team. Some of my favorite memories are from a ball field! While I was in high school, I began my previous job of working in School Age Childcare at the YMCA. Childcare taught me a lot of valuable life skills that I will take with me onto my next journey of real estate. I attended Floyd Central High School and graduated during the infamous year of 2020. After high school I enrolled in Indiana University of Southeast with my major of Strategic Communications and Advertising; I will graduate December 2023 with my bachelors and my degree will provide me with a lot of insight in the world of real estate! Throughout college I have had to find new hobbies to pursue as I retired my cleats from softball, and I love to play sand volleyball and go to the lake with family! I have a competitive spirit and finding two new hobbies that I can do and be competitive in brings me so much joy. Factastic Expierience
