Brian is not only a great realtor, but a great person. I have used him twice, once to find land and once to find a home. And I will contact him again if needed in the future. He was there before the sale, during, and even after close to answer any and all questions we had about the properties and about the area. He wasn’t just trying to make a sale, he helped us find exactly what we wanted both times. He was very good with communication, and always only sent us properties that fit with what we were looking for. He was honest about areas that we were looking in and if the area was to wet so we didn’t mistakenly buy something we couldn’t use for what we wanted. He was always friendly with us and our kids, a family man. Highly recommend using him, you won’t regret it or be disappointed.
