We had to sell my mother's home urgently after a health emergency to afford assisted living for her. We were deflated after meeting an agent at another company who didn't look inside any competitive homes, said her home was undesirable, and that if we needed to sell it that badly, he'd be willing to offer us a song. We dug in and found Robert Agnello at RE/MAX. Thank goodness we did. Robert Agnello had actually taken the time ahead of our meeting to visit comparable homes for sale in the city. He not only insisted her home had great value, but said he knew clients who particularly wanted homes in her area and that we should list it for a higher price point than we thought conceivable. We were worried with so much on the line, but put her home and our trust in Robert's expertise. He proceeded to deliver on every metric he proposed that first day. We still can't believe what he was able to achieve. If want knowledge, know-how, compassion, responsiveness, and negotiation skills, you want Robert Agnello.

My sister and I needed to sell our parent's home
