We had many options as far as real estate agents but decided to utilize Hugo's expertise. No regrets! Hugo presented us with our potential homes in a neat spiraled folder and included recent closed prices. He went the extra mile for us and I really appreciated it. Hugo is very accommodating and flexible. My work schedule made it difficult for us to see properties during the day. He was more than willing to meet us on the weekend and late at night. Honestly, I value open communication and Hugo delivered. He answered all of our questions promptly and had clear instructions when we were closing on our home. When we ran into issues, Hugo assisted with all the steps and followed up regularly. Hugo makes house hunting enjoyable. We are eternally grateful for his help!
