•My husband and I purchased a home from Fred in 2006, early in his career. He was very knowledgeable and made himself available no matter when we had questions. Fred is very detail oriented and honest. He pointed out things of concern with each house we looked at to make sure we knew what to expect with each property. Fred listened to all our "wish list" items for a new home. We were never shown or were suggested to view a property that didn't match our needs or that exceeded our price range. He also walked us through the entire process, even though this was our first house Fred made sure there were no surprises. During our entire experience Fred was always courteous, respectful, and professional.

Fred was such a breath of fresh air to work with that my husband and I have recommended him many times throughout the past 8 years to family and friends!
