Marybeth and her husband John have been assisting homeowners and real estate investors from across North America for nearly 50 years combined. Lifetime residents of Michigan, they specialize in the communities of the Metro-Detroit area and beyond. Marybeth and John have built and rehabbed hundreds of homes, purchased millions of dollars of real estate, and transacted many times more on behalf of clients, as well as managing properties and tenants. Both have resided in New Baltimore, Michigan since 2001 with their two sons. Following their core belief that realtors build community, both are very active volunteers. Marybeth acts as your guide through the entire home-selling process!

Marybeth helped my family sell our beloved father's home after his passing. She was kind, helpful, and truly a guide to us as we worked to prepare the home for sale. She helped us determine which repairs/touchups would be beneficial, as well as giving us an outsider's perspective on the home as potential buyers would be viewing it. She was available to answer any questions we had along the way and was by our side every step of the way, including the tough conversations about pricing the home for sale. She helped us determine a wonderful listing price which ultimately ended up with us having a full-price offer, in hand, within 5 days of listing! She leads with compassion and empathy and truly made this experience so much easier, just by being herself!

Marybeth is an amazing agent! This was my first time buying a house, so I was pretty nervous, but she made the whole thing way easier. A very professional and knowledgeable agent with personal communication throughout the experience.

Natalie always had an answer to every question I had. She made me feel comfortable by working around my schedule to fit in the time for paperwork that needed to be signed and the same when it came to the closing. Huge thanks for her help with preparing my father's condo for the sale. From moving some items out and suggestions on what a buyer will expect to setting the perfect price for a smooth sale, Natalie exceeded my expectations. I definitely couldn't have done it without her!

Top Notch Real Estate Advisor!

Marybeth is top notch realty advisor and bulldog on getting the details closed. She worked to sell our rental in the East Pointe area. She kept the sale on-track, even when it was determined that drain pipes were needed to supplement keeping the basement dry. Highly recommend!
