Marybeth and her husband John have been assisting homeowners and real estate investors from across North America for nearly 50 years combined. Lifetime residents of Michigan, they specialize in the communities of the Metro-Detroit area and beyond. Marybeth and John have built and rehabbed hundreds of homes, purchased millions of dollars of real estate, and transacted many times more on behalf of clients, as well as managing properties and tenants. Both have resided in New Baltimore, Michigan since 2001 with their two sons. Following their core belief that realtors build community, both are very active volunteers. Marybeth volunteers time and resources to local school Districts, Boy Scout Troop 211 (Proud Eagle parents!), is a founding member and Chair of the New Baltimore Arts and Culture Commission, Is the Parade Director for the non-profit, Bay-Rama inc and serves as GMAR District 1 Director and Government Relations Board Laison. John was a corporate trainer for new realtors, is a two-time best-selling author and national speaker. Top Notch Real Estate Advisor!

Marybeth is top notch realty advisor and bulldog on getting the details closed. She worked to sell our rental in the East Pointe area. She kept the sale on-track, even when it was determined that drain pipes were needed to supplement keeping the basement dry. Highly recommend!
