Take her advice! In all of our moves, we have never had someone who is so on top of everything. Promotion was the best we have ever seen. Negotiation - made it a one-step process (satisfying us and the buyers). Problem solving - she got things resolved quickly (that were caused by the buyer's inefficient, out of state mortgage company). Inspection and repairs - coordinated it all. Right on our net proceeds? Absolutely. You're not going to find anybody better

I was very pleased with Ashley Berardi. I had planned on contacting a few other brokerages, but after I spoke with Ashley I decided that would not be necessary. She understood everything I needed and the concerns I had about conducting a sale without being able to be there in person. She was knowledgeable about selling property in the area which was very important for me. She assured me she had experience with the complexities of doing everything via telephone and email. She made all the arrangements, was always available if I had questions and concerns and ensured it all went much more smoothly than I had expected. In addition to being professional Ashley was also very friendly and I enjoyed working with her. I highly recommend her.

Ashley is one of a kind! She was so helpful every step of the way including helping us navigate a new town. I had a great experience with Heidi. This was my second home purchase, but my first with Heidi, and she was a pleasure to work with. She was responsive, kind, understanding, patient, and honest. Heidi demonstrated great knowledge of the market and showed me several places to help me understand different neighborhoods and features within the homes. Heidi also helped me understand the positives and negatives of houses in the long term. Heidi was great with negotiations and was accurate in her description of the process, pricing, timeline, etc. Most definitely recommend Heidi. A superb realtor.

This was my first home purchase and it was very stressful due to my loan officer. Dusty made this entire process much easier. She went above and beyond for us and we are indebted to her for all that she did. After talking to other homebuyers and friends about our situation they were all in shock at how much she helped us and all asked for her name. As I said before, Dusty will always be my real estate agent. Bluntly put, I'd be stupid to use another real estate agent after the service she gave us. Dusty for mayor!
