When I decided to sell my house, my husband had passed. And, I was doing my best to keep the 2500 sq ft house with a pool. Then hurricane Ian hit. It was time for me to go home to NC. Amy not only gave me honest and great advice (I’m a retired CPA), she know my bottom line on dollars. With that she made it happen. My house was nice, but outdated. She presented it as a great home for a family. And, yes, I family bought the house..home. A short story of Amy. We put the house on the market and my refrigerator died and it was known we would leave a refrigerator. She found a beautiful used refrigerator and had her people fix all the problems. I was crying, but she told me “never take the tylonal until you have a headache”. Words I’m learning to live by. I have many more stories. She’s professional, kind, totally knowledgeable. Go AMY.
