Kenny helped us buy the home of our dreams. He was very patient as we went through the process of finding the perfect home. We even had a deal fall through where the seller was very difficult, but Kenny worked hard to help us out. In the end, we walked away from the deal and we were glad we did because we are so happy with our new home! I highly recommend Kenny and his team for your buying and selling needs.

We were coming from out of state and were introduced to Tomi through a mutual friend. Tomi reached out right away and jumped in with both feet. We had a very short time to work with and had no idea what we were looking for; we bombarded the poor man with possibilities. He looked through all of them for pluses and minuses on location, neighborhood, traffic patterns, permitted work and helped us weed through the pile. He then spent a weekend with us looking at the final candidates, walking through each one pointing out things to be wary of, reasons to consider or to cross it off our list. We had several options for offers when we left and two weeks later had an offer in process! I would recommend Tomi to anyone looking for a new home in South Florida!

Buying a home can be a stressful task but Kenny and his team helped make the experience fun and rewarding. When working with the Silverman Group , you are more than just a real estate transaction.. You are a friend, someone who is part of the family and you are deepening a relationship . Kenny’s passion for helping others through real estate really shines through. I am not the easiest customer to deal with but Kenny stood by me and guided me but always allowed me to make that final decision that was best for my needs. I did finally find the perfect home for my life style and am so glad that Kenny Silverman helped write that chapter of my life. Thanks Kenny for your patience, friendship and knowledge sharing. And thank you to Cory for also stepping up to the plate to help and answer questions if Kenny was not available. Choosing Silverman First was a great decision. Thank You

Kate has helped us with one of the most stressful experiences. Buying a home. Kate made the decision to move forward with our purchase a pleasure. Having someone who clearly and genuinely loves her job and most of all, loves people, is priceless! That's Kate Stout. We love our new home and highly recommend having Kate be there for you too when looking for not just a great realtor, but a great person as well! Thank you Kate! You are the Best! I have been buying and selling properties since the middle 1980s. I must say that Tomi's knowledge, skill and abilities are second to none. From helping me achieve my early retirement goals, providing valuable and insightful guidance, particularly when I didn't want to listen, Tomi comes through exceeding my expectations every time. I would highly recommend him. His ability to listen to a client, analyze their thoughts and help determine how to help them meet their goals is remarkable. Tomi is always willing to go one step farther than necessary to accommodate his clients with a smooth transition through closing. Anyone can look through the MLS and send information to clients about properties. With Tomi comes trust and commitment every time, as a buyer's agent and seller's agent. Thank you, Tomi Kuczynski!

Tomi is the most professional agent we have ever used. His communication was always there for us. He staged our house beautifully. It was in a high traffic location and he managed to sell it in less than 30 days. I would only recommend Tomi in the Ft. Lauderdale area.

Tomi was a great agent!!! Finally I found an agent who listened to what I was looking to purchase and didn’t waste my time showing me properties that didn’t meet my requirements. He was extremely knowledgeable, pleasant, made my experience non stressful and fun. I would recommend him to any buyer that is looking for a wonderful agent.
