I’ve used Mary Ann as both a buying and selling agent and could not be more pleased. She knows the market and understands how to negotiate for her clients so so well. Mary Ann had a great process to get our house...

Mary Ann had a great process to get our house prepared and staged to sell and that resulted in a sale in the first week on the market. Couldn't have asked for anything better in that regard. Her local knowledge of our area was extremely beneficial to helping the buyers and potential buyers understand what was available in and around the community.
