•For full disclosure, I will begin by saying that I have know Robbi for well over 30 years, but never had used her as an agent before. I knew she was good, but had no idea just how good! Robbi began by creating an excellent market analysis of my parents home that they had built for us in 1966. With her guidance, we were able to transform the property into a marketable home on the market for prospective home buyers in 2026. Without this work, the home would not have been marketable. On our first weekend of showings we had over 16 prospective customers tour the home, and had a viable offer, well over offering price, within 48 hours of posting. This was through private showings only, with no open house. We were amazed. We were extremely grateful that Robbi was the agent on our side of the transaction. During the closing of the sale, she worked closely with my attorney, the buyer's agent and attorney, as well as using her connections with the lender to help us close in a timely fashion. When I had questions or concerns, she responded almost immediately with answers, or directions on how to proceed. My attorney also commented on how great Robbi Rubenstein was to work with. I do feel that we earned top dollar for this old home without over investing in improvements as the suggestions she made were right on the money. If there were 6 stars available, she would receive all of them. We made the right choice in agents.
