Lydia made my boyfriend and I feel as though we were her only clients. She answered every call no matter what time we were bothering her, and took the time to talk to us and answer any and all of our questions no matter how repetitive they may have been. I had a totally positive experience with Lydia Rajunas. Her professionalism, knowledge, and enthusiasm are definitely worthy of mention. Lydia went above and beyond the "call of duty" while representing me. I had serious mobility issues and she was able to handle numerous repair appointments when I could not personally meet with repair technicians.

Deb and Chris were very attentive in the selling of our house. Our basic and not so basic needs were always met! We had some weather related issues and they couldn’t have been more sympathetic to our woes. They offered to come and help in anyway! We had to move befor the closing. Both made sure that one or the other was available to be at the house for any house selling situations that arose with the new buyers. Their response time was great, always with a positive attitude. Selling and moving is not an easy life change but they certainly took some of the stress out of the procedure by checking on us regularly! I would recommend them, give them a call!

I chose to work with Lydia Rajunas again because a few years ago she helped me buy my condo. That experience was excellent so I had no reason to choose anyone else. The experience is still excellent. There are many reasons why I'd recommend Lydia to anyone buying or selling a property, some of which include: not pushing me to buy anything that's not going to work for me in the end, overall experience, communication, efficiency, and the speed of each individual process.

We are grateful for having a wonderful agent like Lydia. Every time we encountered problems, Lydia was always there for us. Our new construction home was seriously delayed, but Lydia helped us throughout every obstacle we bumped into. Lydia is amazing at communicating and if it wasn't for her, we wouldn't have gotten what we needed/wanted. She's also extremely patient with us, and detail-oriented when we did our final walk-through. I'd recommend her to anyone that's looking for a real estate agent!
