We bought our dream condo from Natalie, She truly got us the best price, also she was there at the inspection, and bargained for things that needed replacing for us. She was so easy to work with, did everything she could accommodate us. not only do I have a beautiful condo in Myrtle Beach, I also consider her a good friend .

Hard-working and honest

We sold a condo and bought a home with Natalie's help and guidance. She sold the condo using creative marketing and never giving up. We purchased the home in N Myrtle sight unseen, as we live in New York, and didn't want to miss the opportunity. Natalie helped us negotiate, which is great, but she also made sure that we bought a home that fit our needs. It was more than just a sale to Natalie, which is very refreshing to me. Natalie also followed up with us after the sale and renovations, etc. I'm a Home Inspector and have a lot of other agents to compare her to. I would choose Natalie all-over-again.

Start as client, gain a friend

We are an almost retiring couple from New York who is interested in an investment property soon to become a snowbird residence and Natalie has been patient caring and treating us like family since day one! She helped us score the perfect condo that checked all the boxes on our list and went above and beyond to help us make it into a pristine rental. Natalie is a true professional and has New York grit that we appreciate.
