Caitlin Valk, Director of Business Development and Training, came to RE/MAX Executive with 13 years of experience in training and education, including instructional design, K-12, and higher education. As former Theatre director, she loves working with people and finding creative solutions. A native of Oxford, Ohio, Caitlin has been in the Charlotte area since 2006. She enjoys game and movie nights with her husband and three kids and traveling with her daughter’s competitive dance team.

Hello, my is Carrie Lee Hoffman. I’ve called Western North Carolina home since 1989, and after living in other beautiful places including Miami, Colorado, and the North Carolina coast. My husband, Will, serves as Superintendent of Madison County Schools, and we’re raising our three daughters Camille, Maya, and Ella in a community we feel incredibly grateful to call home. Our family’s ties to Mars Hill University run deep, and through the Richard L. Hoffman Foundation we’ve helped conserve 300 acres on Bailey Mountain, preserving what makes this area so special. My real estate story started in 1997, refurbishing and selling homes in Madison County. That hands-on experience shaped how I work today.
