Inmar was great from the beginning. He really got to know us and quickly knew what we were looking for in a home. He always treated us like a priority and never showed us anything that didn’t fit our needs. He is very knowledgeable of the Central Valley area and always had new information to provide, whether it was in the home we were viewing or in the city/neighborhood. Even with all of our challenges (that were out of our control) he always kept an optimistic attitude. Don’t hesitate to call him when you need a realtor, he is truly the best!

We were in a position of wanting to sell our home in order to move out of state. He coordinated everything with our out of state agents and ensured a smooth process. In addition to selling our first home (which Inmar also helped us purchase) we also purchased a home. Inmar’s exceptional knowledge of homes, made me feel comfortable and extremely informed on what we were actually buying. Inmar has an immense amount of insight that you can only gain through experience. Let me first just start by saying...Inmar is the Man & I would highly recommend him to anyone and everyone I could! So a little background on us... Our family had to relocate from Union City from a rental home we lived in for 12 yrs due to owner move in. We had been wanting to buy a home for a while (instead of paying someone's mortgage) and this was the push we needed. I contacted a Gf who is also a mortgage broker and she told us she would send us to only the best, and she did just that...Inmar! We couldn't be happier. Having a realtor with the knowledge and expertise to help your offers get noticed and considered, especially during these challenging times with a pandemic and competitive market is a must! He is very driven and compassionate about his business. Always so responsive and attentive. He really listened to what our family was looking for...helped us to filter out the areas we were considering. His familiarity with the Tracy area was extremely helpful too. He was also very patient with me too, as My kids would tell you I can be difficult sometimes.lol He wasn't just trying to sell us any house...he really wanted us to be happy, feel safe and to be happy with our new home! Inmar did such a great job on finding us Our perfect home! The communication was great, any questions we had or properties we wanted to look at he made sure he had time for us and his responses were super quick.
