•Dan started out as a good agent. He suggested a home warranty when we found a problem with our heating system prior to our purchase. He knew there was a problem. He bought us a home warranty but they only would pay a small amount of a huge price tag and now Dan disappeared and won’t return our calls. He is not going to have your back if you face a problem. WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT.
Dan Bennett is an EXCEPTIONAL agent! He did a fantastic job helping us sell our home. Dan kept us informed and was always accessible for questions. We had a large timberframe house that was in a remote location. Dan always met with potential buyers there to answer their questions and to point out the unique features of the home. Dan was professional and absolutely honest in all dealings. He has exceptional integrity. We can't recommend him highly enough.
