Hello, and welcome to my profile! I was born and raised in Port Orchard, Washington. I am a wife to a Kitsap County Deputy, and a mom to two busy little girls. For the last seven years, I have worked in Public Safety, as a 911 Dispatcher. I most recently spent a little over five years at South Sound 911, and prior to that I served two years with the Washington State Patrol. During my service to public safety, I have often been charged with the responsibility of de-escalating stressful situations and providing comfort and reassurance to those involved. These real life experiences have helped prepare me for a career in real estate. I know that an investment in real estate is often the single largest investment for most people and that the process can become quite overwhelming and stressful. Expert and thoughtful guidance in sale of long time owned home and property.

The selling of our home and property of 46 years made so much easier with her expertise in the small rural farm style. She was helpful and knowledgeable of what was and was not necessary to do to prepare for the sale. Rose has a very warm, congenial personality and exceptionally easy to work with. Her knowledge of the market was spot on and gave us great advice upon closing.

Tamara was always available to answer any of our questions and quickly able to show us properties. Her knowledge in Real Estate was very helpful since this was our first home purchase. I truly feel that she cares about her clients and is looking out for their best interests. She made our experience smooth and was able to get us closed in 30 days. I would recommend her to all of our family and friends who are wanting to buy a home in the future!
