We bought our first house with Shana in November of 2023, and she did a very good job explaining the process and guiding us through the different steps. The closing went smoothly, and we felt comfortable asking her many questions since we didn't know a thing about buying a house. We would definitely recommend her.

Kim is knowledgeable and oh so patient!!! She gave me honest feedback on everything I looked at and gently and respectfully educated me on what was a good buy. I love my new condo and the area it’s in. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with her!

This was not my first time hiring Amanda to assist in selling my home. Her knowledge, experience and supportive nature was exactly what we needed to maximize the value of our home. She acted swiftly to take advantage of the market conditions. She found the right Buyer for us and spearheaded getting the transaction closed. We will never hire anyone else to assist us except Amanda and her team.
