We chose Gianni Nieto to be our realtor for our mother's house located in Lake Summerset, due to his professionalism and willingness to help in ALL areas of the sale of mom's house. While our drive was a hour to Lake Summerset, Gianni's was two hours! Not only did he show up when we were cleaning and packing up the house, he pitched in to help! We didn't want to have an "open house," but he talked us into having one. I believe the house went on the market on Friday, and the "open house" was the following Saturday.
