Exceptional Market Knowledge with a Personalized Touch!
We have worked with Kay Bates and her team for 8 years and 3 transactions. She is AWESOME! Kay is extremely knowledgeable and familiar with all areas of Southern California. Her work ethic is second to none. She puts all of her efforts into getting the best deal for her clients. Kay gives great advice and will guide her clients to achieve their real estate dreams. We have worked with her as a buyer and a seller, her negotiating skills and experience are outstanding. While recently selling our home and buying our next home, the buyer almost killed the deal due to her failing to comply with our closing timeline. When additional costs were incurred and the purchase of our next home was in jeopardy, Kay negotiated an acceptable solution to keep the sale from falling through. It was a very stressful situation, but Kay was calm and reassuring and went over and above to keep things moving along. We would not hesitate to call her again in the future. Our experience working with Kay has been much more than just a transaction, it has become a lifelong friendship.
