I've bought and sold over 30 homes and my agent retired, a friend introduced me to Steve and I've been so impressed with how he focuses on the customer first. So many great things to say about Steve but let me name those that I've never experienced with another agent. He showed me will over 50 homes on the search, always sent me the RMLS data and met me with a smile on his face every time (I mean really, we all have bad days, if he does you'd never know). He helped sell my home and was there for every appointment for subs when I was working. He's expertise in closing was not comparable, he's a straight shooter and tells it like it is!! Every bid came to me and he reviewed compared to other bids on the market. No assistant to deal with, just Steve!! I now recommend him to everyone....you'll never find a more loyal agent!

I cannot say enough about the experience working with Steve while selling my home. From the time the first photos were taken for the listing until the final documents were signed. Steve went way beyond what I’d ever expect of a realtor. This was my first home sale so it was a nail biting experience. We had some hiccups on the buying end that Steve handled with grace. Always available, always calm and reassuring. I actually miss the daily contacts with Steve. He sold my home and I've now gained a new friend! I 150% recommend Steve!

Sally is the ultimate professional! She is patient and kind and really takes the time to understand what the customer is looking for. Sally knew of our "time crunch" situation and was there through the entire process ensuring that we were able to get in to our home when needed. This is my forever house but would highly recommend Sally for anyone looking for a home!

We hired Steve Andrews in July 2018 to help us sell our current house and to help us find and purchase our next house. We were immediately impressed by Steve's desire to 'roll up his sleeves' and help with the work of preparing the house for sale. At every step in the entire process where we thought it would take a miracle to make things happen the way we wanted, Steve took the time and the energy to reassure us and he was tireless in his efforts to keep everything on track. When we needed an extra hand or an extra car, Steve volunteered without hesitation. It had been almost 10 years since we last sold/bought a house and Steve was wonderful in guiding us through the technologically updated processes. Weeks after everything was said and done and we had moved into our next house, Steve helped throw us a fabulous house-warming party. He contacts us regularly to meet for a meal or something and he always offers to help with whatever we happen to be working on with regards to the house at the moment. I cannot say enough good things to convey how pleased we are with Steve Andrews as a realtor.
