I am a full time Realtor with extensive knowledge of the Real Estate market. I have been licensed since 2006 and have been through the ups and down of real estate. I truly care for all of my clients and strive to bring a higher level of customer service to my business. I pride myself in consistent, quick communication with all parties involved including clients, lenders, inspectors, appraisers, contractors, other agents and the title company. With excellent communication, organization and negotiating skills, I will make this process as stress-free as possible throughout your Real Estate transaction. I specialize in Washington County but have helped many families in Columbia, Yamhill and Multnomah County as well. I'm a lifetime resident of Oregon and love all that the Pacific Northwest has to offer. During my free time, I volunteer for the Banks Girls Summer Softball program where I've held the position of Board Secretary for over 10 years. It brings me great satisfaction to serve as a mentor to the youth of my community and to contribute to the growth of the sport that has given me so much. I also enjoy travelling to warmer climates, hiking and spending time with my family and dogs Chase and Junie.

As a first time home buyer, in a highly competitive market, and looking for a home from out-of-state, the odds were definitely not in our favor. Sam helped make the process less stressful. Since my husband and I were flying back and forth for work before we were a permanent resident in the area, we needed someone who was extremely responsive, proactive, and organized. Sam was all of those things AND very sweet. I will use Sam as my realtor in the future and would tell anyone that you will be safe in her hands. 5 stars! Thanks Sam for helping us find our home. We are very happy.
