Great Knowledge of the Corbett Market

As soon as we realized we were going to have to sell our house, we contacted Michelle. We had a great experience with her as our agent when we bought our house. She toured the house and provided great suggestions for quick renovations and staging ideas. We were on a tight timeline and began to get antsy. She reminded us to be patient, that, "We only get one opportunity to list this house. We want the house to be perfect." Her staging and patience advice were spot on. We accepted a full-price offer one week after the listing went live. Michelle was very communicative throughout the entire process, ensuring we were updated when necessary. She was always available to answer any questions we had. She made what could have been a very stressful event smooth.
