He didn’t try and sway my decision and was very supportive when I made the decision on my now home. When I made the decision to make an offer I fully expected to pay the full price listed, however with his expert knowledge of the market Brandon made a lower offer that was accepted! He made personalized short videos to instruct me about the paperwork with an explanation on what I was signing and followed up with a call or text. Jody and her team went above and beyond. We tried hard to sell our home before the next school year started for our next duty station. When we had a legit buyer and were only weeks from them taking ownership they pulled out of the deal for major issues with their own home sale. We were devastated and then was having to carry the mortgage at our old home while living in another state. Jody and her Remax team helped us decided to not continue in the situation we would move to the rental market. Extremely quick we had a renter for our home who was also possibly interested in buying it as well. Months of efforts, time and absolutely not on anyone’s radar any longer our tenant also found by her Remax rental company became our buyer.
