Oh my goodness. For any one who knows me, they know I am extremely particular (picky) with the businesses/people I deal with. If you are a professional in your field then I expect nothing less than that. Being a Doctor and dealing with the public can be quite demanding at times - different knowledge levels, political correctness, varied emotions, etc. Having Yuri in our life has made things almost effortless. I interviewed 3 real estate companies before I decided on any company to market my home in Hemet. For me, marketing a quick sale was highest on my priority list; frankly, these folks totally nailed the marketing presentation. So, I opted to go with them, thinking I could always re-sign with a different real estate agent if they didn't come through. I listed on a Friday, and by the following Thursday, I was in escrow, and $20,000 above list... oh, and the home was in Hemet. So, while the cards were stacked against me for a quick sale at the right price point, they totally made this happen. Chris and Andrea also took care of me throughout the process. if you have the opportunity to list with Chris and Andrea, I would highly suggest you take it - they are dependable, realistic, and certainly can make a lot of magic happen. With their help, I've been able to execute my retirement strategy a lot sooner than I ever thought possible.
