Very Professional. The drone photos, 3D photos of our home were very nice. Chris has a team of services he works with and orders the pest control, photos and documents to sign via doc u sign., etc. This makes it very easy Our home sold in a week. Chris told us to wait until we absolutely signed to move, which was difficult give the time frame with the buyers and were happy we did as a friend moved before her escrow closed and her buyer backed out 12 hrs before close of escrow.. So wait for it.

To a price which he said would get the home into a bidding war. Sure enough a bidding war ensued with numerous people trying to buy the house.
