Kerry Debellis I want to say thank you once again ! Not only is Kerry a down to earth type a person that respects n knows her product . Kerry is the best in her field. The very first day I met her she came in my home took pictures and said we have a beautiful home it will be sold by the end of the weekend, I thought she was crazy.. Low and behold not only did we sell it by the end of the weekend it was off the market the first day it went on !!! Anyone that can sell a house the first day on the market knows her stuff in my book...

Kerry is absolutely the best! I met her while selling a condo, she was the single only honest agent I met. Everyone else told me what I wanted to hear & dragged on the selling of the condo because of it. Kerry came in & told me the reality of what we needed to do...sold it in less than a week! I also used Kerry to purchase my new house. We were a total pain because we weren't sure exactly what we wanted. Kerry was so accommodating & patient with us, once we found the right house Kerry went out of her way to make everything work, fighting for us every step of the way & advising us on the best course of action (even if it risked the sale for her)! Kerry has become like family. We absolutely love her & trust her emphatically! We wouldn't consider using anyone else & recommend her to everyone!!
