Maurine was absolutely amazing! My partner and I just simultaneously sold our condo and bought a house. Maurine was very helpful with the entire process. She was great at explaining the paperwork, as well as always keeping us in the loop. She was always available to answer our many questions. The buyer of the condo was very demanding, and added some stress to the process. Maurine dealt with him very well, making it as easy as possible for us. Maurine was readily available to show us the many homes we looked at. She seemed to have a good handle on the Tacoma market even though she usually works in Seattle. We saw several great places; however, when we found the one Maurine ensured we got it! There had to be over 30 other buyer interested in the home. I’m not sure we would have succeeded in getting our dream home without her expertise! Maurine was very professional and still so personable. She made a potentially stressful time into an exciting, easy time. Hopefully, we will be in our current home for years, but if we ever want to sell or buy again she will be the first we call!
