Brittany gave us an excellent no pressure home buying experience. As a first time home buyer, I had absolutely no clue what I was doing and was pretty scared. Tyanne was literally the best person that could have helped me through this process. I found my house and closed in less than 30 days. From the start of the process she would send me listings every day and would drive all over Central KY until I found what I wanted. The process was so easy and that's because she was there every step of the way, no matter what time of the day. She has such a great personality and will do anything she can for you. We love Tyanne! She was a pleasure to work with - easy to contact, available and flexible to our wild schedules, and when the sale of our home did not take place as or when expected, she went the extra mile to hash through the details. She made multiple calls to lenders and agents to get us back on track as quickly as possible, and she walked us through it all the way. We cannot say enough good things about her handling of the marketing and sale of our home. It was delightful even with the not-so-delightful surprises.

I know this is coming about three weeks after closing on our home, but still need to say that working with Tyanne was a joy. We were selling our home in Seattle and moving to Kentucky and when we first met Tyanne in October of 2019, we immediately knew she was the one we wanted to work with on this "long-distant" purchase of a home in Lexington. It all worked out with phone conversations, texting, and finally having my wife fly to Lexington (in the midst of COVID-19) and spending time with Tyanne and purchasing our home. I would absolutely recommend Tyanne to you for the purchase of a home. She was a delight to work with, very knowledgeable of the Lexington market and was able to meet our needs for a new home as we shared those with her. Absolutely a top notch real estate guide for us. Tyanne was an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout the entire home buying process. She was very flexible with booking viewings around my very awkward schedule, and was always very prompt. She listened closely to my feedback from showings to refine her list of potential properties that I might be interested in enabling us to find a property that I loved in an excellent location. Tyanne also proved to be very knowledgeable about the entire process by answering all the questions this first time home buyer had, and if she didn't know the answer already, she would find it and get back to me in a timely manner. Even after the sale closed, she followed up with me a couple of weeks later to make sure that I was happy with everything and answer any additional questions I had. I feel very fortunate to have had Tyanne to guide me through the entire process, and can enthusiastically recommend her to anyone looking for an agent.
