As we started our transition back the North Carolina we were in a battle of whether we wanted to rent or buy a home. Where do I start? From the beginning Lois worked to ensure that the process to sell was optimized. Lois did her homework in providing the "comps" and making recommendations to maximize the showings and minimize the length on the market. Stephanie did a fantastic job finding my finance and I a house after months and months of searching. The first house we made an offer on, the seller was hiding faults of the house and Stephanie advised us to back out, which we did and were very thankful we listened to her advise! She never pushed us to put an offer on a house we weren't 100% sure about and was always available to answer our many, many questions we had being first time home buyers. Stephanie is a very attentive and personable real-estate agent and we would recommend her to anyone we know as well as use her services in the future.
