I live in Delaware and inherited 2 vacant lots in Palm Bay. Candace was able to list the lots and complete the sale contract in just 6 days. Closing was good except for buyer who delayed in providing money, but Candace followed up and all was resolved. I never had to leave my living room. Made i way easier than I had anticipated.
