My wife, Bev and I enjoyed boating on the Chesapeake Bay and its' tributaries for many years. Now we spend most of our free time at our beach house "A BBITT BEACHY" in the Outer Banks of North Carolina. Our children, Brant and Brooke, are now part of the business. It was never in the plan but we are extremely happy that it has worked that way. My wife Bev is a retired school teacher and now a full time Nana to our 4 beautiful grandchildren Ainsley, Lilly, Cailyn and Brennan. I am a native of this area, a military veteran and was an active Rotarian with perfect attendance for over 30 years.

Coaching and developing agents and businesses is Brooke's passion. Since joining the organization in 2010, she has successfully implemented the Momentum system into all three RE/MAX Peninsula offices, significantly increased agent count and company profitability, developed a strategic recruiting system and focuses on continual improvement of the organization. Brooke is well recognized in the RE/MAX network and her local real estate markets as a progressive, positive leader impacting many in the industry.

Along with being a Realtor on The Williams & Co. Real Estate group with my wife Helen at RE/MAX Peninsula. I am also a Professional Firefighter/ EMT. In my downtime I enjoy my family time. I also enjoy home renovation, traveling, and staying fit. I love animals, especially bulldogs. My wife and I previously owned/operated an Interior Decorating business and a paint business.
