Lynn was very helpful in getting our house sold. I don't live in the area so Lynn took care of getting many things fixed or updated in our house - painting, carpets, roof and other miscellaneous updates along with things from the home inspection from the seller. She even raked and bagged leaves.

Working with Eric was such an excellent experience! We looked for over 7 months for our home I went from being pregnant to very pregnant and hormonal during this time and Eric was so very patient with us because I wouldn’t settle for anything but the perfect fit for our literally growing family. I always felt like he was looking out for our best interest every step of the way. Justin was professional, helpful, and easy to work with. He came over the day we called him prepared with a folder of information about our house and neighboring houses for sale and recently sold. He walked us through the process step by step, had recommendations for contractors, and ultimately made selling our house so easy and low stress. We had an offer on the house before listing, the day of we got 4 or 5 more offers, closed on time. He answers phone calls and texts immediately and answered any dumb question I had with patience.
