•April has exceeded our expectations as she helped us negotiate through the sale of our home. There were multiple offers on the sale of our home, a then the buyer withdrew from the contract. The 2nd contract, the realtor, the buyer’s lender, and the closing on our sale were all fraught with challenges and she actively coordinated with all involved and guided us to a successful conclusion. At the same time, April helped us to find a new home that we LOVE! The contracting process and ultimate purchase went smoothly thanks to her knowledgeable and professional guidance. We are very excited to move into our new home and cannot say enough good things about April. We will certainly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. She is an ultimate professional and we dearly live her.
