•We can’t say enough about the expertise of our Realtor, Tammy Lord of Remax/Edge in the recent sale and closing of our home. For starters it was evident from day 1 that she was looking out for our best interests. She made what could have been a trying experience, so very easy! Also, she understood the emotional dynamics involved in selling our treasured home of 20 years. She was so knowledgeable of our area and had obviously studied surrounding properties to establish a fair and obtainable price. Her skillful marketing techniques generated great interest in our property, resulting in numerous showings. This led to multiple offers which culminated in a speedy sale at our desired price. She showed great attention to detail and had incredible follow through! Whenever we had a question, she was unbelievably prompt in her responses. In short, she was so very available. As the appointments for showings were scheduled she even gave valuable pointers for staging! If we had to do it all over again, we would ask for Tammy because she was not only pleasant, but such a joy to work with.
