My husband and I have been searching for homes, on and off, for about 2 years. We have worked with a few realtors. Some were rude, some were inexperienced, some had no knowledge of the area we were looking at.
Covid surprised us all and has impacted us in ways that we never would've imagined. Due to the insane rollercoaster of 2020, we decided to make some of our own luck and started looking at properties again. We decided to start looking in Staten Island. Eric, a colleague of Richard's, recommended Richard as our realtor for the search of a new home.
Richard showed us houses non-stop! He assisted us in looking at properties we found on Zillow and found other properties in the nearby area to view as well. Goodness! We met with Richard, probably every other day, and viewed house after house. Richard is patient and knowledgeable about the areas we visited. He stayed positive throughout the entire searching process. And when we found "the one", he walked us through the "making an offer" process. Richard's energy is one of a kind, he stayed calm, while we went through the emotional stages of buying, he made us feel at ease with the whole process. We are most grateful for his level of communication. He responded to our texts quickly and made time to chat with us on the phone often. We weren't needy! But there were definitely a lot of moments of anxiety and uncertainty and Richard helped us get through those stages.
