When I called Tammy, I was at the end of my rope as for as real estate agents go! I had already been through 3 other agents who did nothing but waste what little spare time that I had. They kept taking me to see houses that were not any where near what I told them I was looking for! One agent even took me to see a home that had been sold two weeks prior!!! Of course, that house was exactly the type of house that I had been looking for! So, needless to say, my trust in real estate agents was at ZERO! Poor Tammy...lol. Tammy hung in there though. She actually listened, not only to me, but also to my two daughters. She asked questions and found out what we were looking for as a family. I called several real estate agents in the Flint area to deal with a rental property my parents had owned for many, many years. The whole thing was a mess - we were in the process of evicting tenants, the property was in poor condition, the property management company had not kept up on paying the utilities and on and on. Further complicating matters was my family no longer lived in MI so we would be trying to do all this remotely. Ryan was the only agent who would even consider taking on selling the property. He was knowledgable about the market and set our expectations appropriately. Then after being on the market for a few weeks, the property was burned down. Ryan stepped in, inspected the property and helped us hire an independent insurance adjustor to settle our claim with the insurance company. It took us a year to work through that process. I sheepishly called Ryan to let him know the insurance process was finally done and that we still wanted to be rid of the property. I was sure he would tell me nothing could be done. He found a buyer for the property as is and the whole sale process was completed within 3 weeks. We had been trying to get rid of this property for several years and Ryan essentially had it done within a few weeks. In the end, not only did Ryan get rid of the property quickly once we got through the fire/insurance issue, we actually had a very good outcome financially. I honestly don't know what we would have done without Ryan. This whole journey had to be a hassle for him and clearly he could not have made much if any money on it. The service he has done for our family is incredible and we will forever be grateful.
