We chatted with Connery about whether to sell end of August, or wait till spring. He convinced us it was a good time. Came over the next day, we signed with him. Two days later the pictures and drone shots were taken, then a couple days later, he had an open house. Our buyer saw the house at his open house and the rest is history.
