Tammy was amazing! We had 10 showings in 10 days and had an offer by the end of it. There were some hiccups (none on her end!) and she helped guide us through the process and kept the lines of communication open through the lender on our end, the buyers end and the other realtor. We were selling the house in Davison that she had listed and buying across the state in West Michigan. She gave us a great reference to a realtor in West Michigan and helped coordinate the closings as close as possible (only 1 day apart!) 10 out of 10 I would use her again if we can.

I can not say enough on How incredible Tammy is. Thru start to finish she worked hard at making sure we got the best price and our home sold. She is excellent in her knowledge as we have gone thru the process of selling and looking at homes and meeting many agents. There was not one that compared to her as we have gone thru our sale and close to close on our new home. She is extremely knowledgeable about various loan types, market information, and knows her stuff to help you seal the deal with a potential buyer/seller. She made sure both the lender and the buyer stuck to the agreed upon schedule and provided updates the moment there was a change in status. Tammy is Great!! We started working with Tammy in October 2018. We are a military family, and were unsure if we would be approved for a mortgage. However, Tammy was able to show us around the houses we wanted even though we weren’t pre-approved for a mortgage. As we were in a unique life situation, and couldn’t get pre-approved for a mortgage. Fast forward 6 months Tammy again stepped in to help us find our perfect home. We ended up finding a home in one of the same neighborhoods that we had looked at previously it was actually a better fit for our family. Tammy got us into the home extremely fast. Tammy was great every step of the way, even with our quite often and late night text she was able to keep us informed. Even though we have lived in the home for months now we still keep in touch with Tammy. We highly recommended Tammy for anyone who wants to buy a home (Or even just look).

I contacted Tammy Lord to sell my home in Grand Blanc because I had seen many of her ReMax signs in the area. She came to my home and explained the selling procedure to me and recommended an asking price after reviewing recent sales in the neighborhood. It was great working with Tammy. She made the process go smoothly, and she dealt with any problems (all on the buyer's end) without difficulty. The difficulty mentioned was not the buyer herself but the agent at the lending institution. The closing went beautifully, and I would recommend her in a minute.
