I was referred to Kevin by a mutual friend and he not only met but exceeded all the expectations I had. The best part about working with Kevin as my buyer's agent was the outstanding communication throughout the whole process. Kevin was always very prompt to respond by phone call or text and always did his homework. He ran comparables and did a thorough job in providing me with an analysis of the various options and offered the pros and cons for each based on what I told him I was looking for. He finalized the deal by being a strong advocate for me in negotiating a very competitive price on the home I wanted. As a first time homebuyer this experience can be very overwhelming. Kevin was with me every step of the way, even when extenuating circumstances caused speedbumps. He was very patient with me and lent a kind ear during the whole process, especially when I was frustrated or ready to give up the hunt. He took charge when needed, and when all was said and done handed me the keys to my first home when I crossed the threshold. I would highly recommend, especially for other first time buyers.

Kevin was fantastic to work with during our out-of-state move. He even helped us find the perfect home for multigenerational living, which can be challenging. He was patient, caring, and professional throughout the process. He went above and beyond when a leak was discovered in the basement! He immediately stepped in to clean up water and brought over dehumidifiers to help protect our home while we were still out of state. That level of support and responsiveness meant so much to us during an already stressful transition. He worked seamlessly with our realtor in Georgia. His collaboration and coordination made the long distance process, feel manageable. I would highly recommend him as he helped every step of the way.
