I had to sell my deceased mom’s co-op in Brooklyn. I found Faig online and found him to be caring, supportive and very personable from our very first call. Just closed a home purchase. Olga represented a seller and I was a buyer, so I can be impartial. Ms. Moldavsky was great. A broker any seller would love to work with. Intelligent, knowledgeable, organized and responsive. Every document we requested (often during weekends or late evening) were provided within 1 hour. She walked us through the whole process, although strictly speaking it wasn’t here responsibility. Great knowledge of the market (she knew it would take a while with appraisal) , interpersonal skills and integrity. The seller told me quite a few times during the closing how she made his life easier. Highly recommended.
