Angela was our agent for purchasing a home. She really took the time and effort to take us to different homes until we found one we loved. She was very knowledgeable about the market and was able to find something that fit our budget and needs. Any time we had a question or concern she was there to help us. For example she helped us fill out our purchase application and recommended tips on how to pass the board interview. We must have called her a hundred times but she always responded and supported us. She was a professional and amazing agent to work with. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a home!

I am a real estate investor and rely very much on the realtors that I use for my listings. Ruslan has tremendous knowledge which helps me understand the value of the properties I buy prior to making offers to homeowners. I use him to list many of the houses we buy when it is time to sell and I would recommend him for any homeowner. He is always available or calls me back very quickly.

Faig is a wonderful broker to work with. His upbeat attitude, his experience and knowledge about the market and the neighborhood led to excellent advice and and an excellent outcome for us first-time sellers. His response time to calls and texts is fast! He never left us hanging and always gave us his full attention. We found him to be utterly trustworthy. We absolutely recommend Faig with the highest rating. The person who recommended Faig to us told us, "He'll never let you down. He'll work very hard for you." He was absolutely right!

I cannot recommend Joe Zhu enough! He sold my house for $160,000 more than my neighbor's, which is directly across the street. From start to finish, Joe was an absolute professional. Not only did he help me negotiate with my tenants, but he also went above and beyond by helping them find a new apartment. Thanks to Joe's efforts, I was able to get the house vacant smoothly and ensure a seamless transaction. Joe has incredible knowledge of the market and an amazing personality that made the whole process stress-free. Within the first two weeks, we received multiple offers thanks to his excellent marketing skills. If you're looking to sell your home quickly and for top dollar, I highly recommend Joe Zhu!

From the moment I hired Russ, my impression of him has been extremely positive. Russ was professional, courteous, knowledgable, experienced, and responsive to any questions or concerns I had. He did a great job preparing and marketing my property. He also gave me realistic expectations because of his familiarity with the housing market. I have no complaints, only praise.
